The proposed issue will publish peer-reviewed papers presented at the International Forest Business Conference (IFBC2018) held in Poland on 6-8 June 2018. In addition, this issue will include papers on similar topics not presented at the conference. The theme of this special issue is forest investment and finance. Read more&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>Potential topics will include:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Timberland investments<\/li>\n<li>Forest finance<\/li>\n<li>Intensively managed plantations<\/li>\n<li>Risk, uncertainty and decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Business and investment strategy<\/li>\n<li>Conservation forestry<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Social Responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Policy and Law<\/li>\n<li>Wood markets<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio management<\/li>\n<li>Wood supply chain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please feel free to disseminate this announcement to any colleagues who might be interested.<\/p>\n<p>All submissions will undergo anonymous peer review to guarantee high scientific quality and relevance to the subject. The Special Issue will be published in second half of 2019, which means that we will need your manuscript by\u00a0<strong>April 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2019<\/strong>.
